Our basic design rate is $50/hour, with a 6 hour minimum. Below are estimates of a typical design project:
Small site: $300-500 (1-3 pages)
Medium site: $600-800 (4-5 pages)
Large site: $900-1500 (6+ pages)
Project estimates
are dependant on the total number of pages and graphics required for the site.
Clients are asked to provide examples of styles/color
schemes they are seeking; either
written details, sites that we've designed, or by providing the URL to other sites on the web.
The more detail you can provide, the closer we'll come to giving you
what you want, and the less you'll spend on edits and/or updates.

Service Information

- Upfront Deposit
One half of the total budgeted project cost must be paid before any work is started. (non-refundable)
- Watermarked Products
All images will contain watermarks until final payment is made. These images are not allowed to be used for public viewing.
- Changes/Edits
Small changes are acceptable, although major changes past the mid-completion point of the project will incur extra costs in addition to the basic hourly rate.
- Updates and Maintenance
After the final product has been completed and delivered updates and/or
maintenance will incur extra hourly costs. Be sure to negotiate this upfront! We don't perform free updates!

Recording/Multimedia

Prices are negotiated either in hourly rates or in 8-10 hour blocks. 16
track digital recording.
Hourly: $508 Hour Block: $375
Pricing DOES include setup time.
Mastering

Mastering is the process of editing your final stereo mix to make it as
professional sounding as possible. All major label releases are mastered.

We charge a flat fee which is
determined by the length of your project. There is no hourly charge. Our
pricing includes shipping back to you and two CD-R masters. (Additional
CD-R masters can be ordered for $5 each.)

We can convert your existing audio and/or video to/from the following
formats:

MP3 - Standard MPEG compressed audio file
WAV - Windows Audio/Video, also a standard

MOV - Apple Quicktime multimedia
SWF - Macromedia Shockwave/Flash

Photography

Prices are negotiated either in hourly rates or in 5
hour blocks. Analog (film) is available but digital is
our preferred format and offers the most options vs. costs.
Hourly: $50
5 Hour Block: $200 (3 hour
shoot + 2 hour post-session editing, digital only)
Pricing DOES include setup time and 2 hours of
post-session editing for color correction/levels, etc. Client will be
provided a CDR of all image files upon completion of session. Client is
responsible for expenses where travel in excess of 25 miles occurs and
should be negotiated upfront.
